If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.


For Export orders or bulk orders, no refunds whatsoever will be provided as products are sent after through investigations, checkups and are insured or according to the contract signed between us and the importer/buyer.
